The Dobrush District Court of the Gomel Region has designated the VKontakte account of the independent media outlet REFORM.news (vk.com/public181495095 and https://vk.com/reform_by) as extremist informational material. Following the court’s decision, the Ministry of Information of Belarus has added this online resource to the Republican List of Extremist Materials. Under Belarusian law, the distribution and storage of materials deemed extremist entail administrative liability for both publishers and users.
