A criminal case against Dozhd TV presenter Denis Kataev, on charges of evading the duties of a “foreign agent” (Part 2, Article 330.1 of the Criminal Code), was submitted to Magistrate Court No. 375 in Moscow’s Presnensky District. In December 2025, the journalist was placed on a wanted list. He was added to the Ministry of Justice’s register of “foreign agents” in September 2023.
