The Russian Ministry of Justice has added economist and blogger Maxim Mironov to its register of “foreign agents.” The ministry said he had disseminated what it described as unreliable information about the policies of the Russian authorities and had spoken out against the war in Ukraine. Mironov was a co-author of the economic section of Alexei Navalny’s 2018 presidential campaign programme.
