The Oktyabrsky District Court of Vitebsk has designated the YouTube channels “Grey Cat” (identifier: youtube.com/@tonberry2007/featured) and “Grey Cat Streams” (identifier: youtube.com/channel/UCoTnIZpJNn86V7O_tmlibMw), run by blogger and political prisoner Dmitry Kozlov, as extremist informational materials. On the basis of the court’s ruling, the Belarusian Ministry of Information has added these online resources to the Republican List of Extremist Materials. Under Belarusian law, the distribution and storage of materials recognised as extremist entail administrative liability for both publishers and users.
