It has emerged that the Ukrainian online media outlet "Glavkom" has been blocked in Belarus. Access was restricted under an order issued by the Prosecutor of the Mogilev Region, Valery Kulikovich. The news website was allegedly “discrediting the Belarusian state and authorities.”
