The Central District Court of Minsk has recognised as extremist informational material the online resources of Ukrainian journalist Dmitry Gordon: the YouTube and Telegram channels titled “Dmitry Gordon”, as well as pages of the same name on Instagram, X, Facebook, and TikTok. On the basis of the court’s decision, the Ministry of Information of Belarus has added these online resources to the “Republican List of Extremist Materials”. Under Belarusian law, the distribution and storage of materials recognised as extremist entail administrative liability for both publishers and users.
