The Beshankovichy District Court of the Vitebsk Region has recognised the YouTube channel of Belarusian journalist Alexander Ivulin, “ChestnOK-Live” (identifier: youtube.com/@chestnok_live), as extremist informational material. On the basis of the court’s decision, the Belarusian Ministry of Information has added the online resource to the Republican List of Extremist Materials. Under Belarusian law, the distribution and storage of materials deemed extremist entail administrative liability for both publishers and users.
