The Krichev District Court of the Mogilev Region has recognised a TikTok account called Information (identifier: tiktok.com/@iinformationua) as extremist information material. It is a Ukrainian online resource with more than 173,000 followers that publishes videos about the war in Ukraine. On the basis of the court ruling, the Belarusian Ministry of Information added the online resource to the Republican List of Extremist Materials. Under Belarusian law, the distribution and storage of materials deemed extremist entails administrative liability for both publishers and users.
