An administrative hearing took place at the Bobruisk District and City Court concerning Anatol Sanatsenka, the former editor-in-chief of the independent regional newspaper Bobruyskiy Kurier. Based on a police report, the court found the journalist guilty under Part 2 of Article 19.11 of the Administrative Offences Code (“Dissemination, production, storage, or transportation of informational products that contain calls for extremist activity or that promote such activity”). The court’s ruling was 15 days of administrative detention.
