On 27 June, the court, in its ruling, partially upheld the claim brought by MP Khachatur Sukiasyan on 5 January 2023, ordering the founder of the website Alternativ.am to refute statements containing defamatory content and to pay compensation of 500,000 drams (over $1,250), and ordering the founder of the website Yerevan.today to republish the text of the retraction.
