The Russian Ministry of Justice has added Saratov blogger Dmitry Chernyshevsky to its register of “foreign agents.” According to the ministry, he spread fake news about the decisions of the Russian authorities, fake news aimed at creating a negative image of the Russian military, as well as content from “foreign agents” and “undesirable” organisations.
