The 1st Western District Military Court in St Petersburg is hearing a criminal case on charges of incitement to terrorism (Article 205.2 of the Criminal Code) against St Petersburg resident Andrei Kripushin and Chelyabinsk resident Vladimir Mikheev, who were administrators of the Telegram channel "Ovod". According to the investigation, in 2022 they reposted four publications in the chat containing “calls for terrorism.” Kripushin and Mikheev were detained in January 2024. Mikheev remains in custody, while Kripushin is subject to restrictions on certain activities. At the time of his detention, he was a minor.
