On April 27 in Alushta, Russian eco-blogger Yuri Ozarovsky was detained. No later than April 25, he had published a video about beaches polluted with fuel oil. Afterwards, he was held in the police department for an extended period while an administrative protocol was drawn up under Article 13.15 of the Administrative Code, concerning the dissemination of false information.
