The Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs issued a warrant for the arrest of independent Lithuanian journalist Eldoradas Butrimas on charges of illegally crossing the border for reporting from the Kursk region, which was under the control of the Ukrainian army. Rosfinmonitoring added Butrimas to its list of terrorists and extremists.
