The Izmailovsky District Court of Moscow has fined Ivan Kolpakov, editor-in-chief of Meduza, for involvement with an “undesirable” organisation under Article 20.33 of the Code of Administrative Offenses. The amount of the fine has not been disclosed. In addition to his role at Meduza, which was designated an “undesirable” organisation in Russia in January 2023, Kolpakov was also charged over an interview he gave to Radio Liberty three years ago.
