The court of the Horki District of the Mogilev Region has recognized the Ukrainian website “ukr.net” (ukr.net) as extremist information content. Based on the court’s decision, the Ministry of Information of Belarus has added the internet resource to the Republican List of Extremist Materials. According to Belarusian law, the distribution and storage of materials recognised as extremist entail administrative liability for both publishers and users.
