The Central District Court of Minsk has recognised the TikTok account of the online news outlet Pozirk — “pozirk_online” (identifier: tiktok.com/@pozirk_online) — as extremist informational content. Based on the court’s ruling, the Ministry of Information of Belarus has added the online resource to the Republican List of Extremist Materials. Under Belarusian law, the distribution and possession of materials designated as extremist entails administrative liability for both publishers and users.
