Additional information:

On July 14, Arsen Torosyan, a deputy from the ruling Civil Contract parliamentary faction, referred to the newspaper Zhoghovurd as a “little newspaper” on his Facebook page, expressing dissatisfaction with a publication concerning him. During an online exchange with the newspaper’s correspondent Sona Grigoryan, the deputy initially refused to answer questions specifically from this outlet, but later denied the information presented by the journalist about an incident involving him. That same day, without the consent of his interlocutor, he published the entire correspondence on his Facebook page, adding sarcastic comments. Zhoghovurd and its website Armlur.am published their material on the incident the following day. In connection with the conflict, Sona Grigoryan filed a complaint with the Media Ethics Observatory and the Information Disputes Council.
