On August 27, 2025, employees of the Ministry of Justice of Crimea drew up an administrative protocol against citizen journalist of the Crimean Solidarity initiative, Lutfiye Zudiyeva, under Article 19.34 of the Code of Administrative Offences for violating the rules of activity of a "foreign agent." The essence of the accusation is that Zudiyeva gave comments to foreign journalists and wrote articles for foreign media, without independently notifying the "Ministry of Justice" about these actions as activities of a foreign agent. On May 16, 2025, the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation added Zudiyeva to the list of so-called "foreign agents." The statement on the ministry’s website stated that the reason was allegedly "spreading false information about the decisions made by public authorities and the policies they implement."
