LGBT activist and Parni+ journalist Vadim Vaganov reported that someone threw a stone with the words “foreign agent” written on it through his apartment window, shattering the glass. His mother, who was inside at the time, felt unwell and was taken to the hospital. Russian authorities have designated Vaganov as a “foreign agent” and branded him part of the “international extremist LGBT movement.”
