The Russian Ministry of Justice has added blogger Dmitry Veliky, founder of the Telegram channels "StopWarCrime" and "Putin's GULAG", to the register of “foreign agents.” According to the ministry, he provided financial assistance to the Ukrainian army and spread “fake news” about the policies of the Russian authorities and materials from “foreign agents” and “undesirable” organisations.
