The Khoroshevsky District Court of Moscow has received case materials concerning alleged involvement in the activities of an “undesirable” organisation (Article 20.33 of the Code of Administrative Offences) against journalist Irina Borogan, who, together with Andrei Soldatov, investigates the operations of the Russian security services. The specific organisation with which Borogan is accused of being affiliated has not been identified. In 2024, Soldatov was fined 5,000 roubles under a protocol relating to connections with an “undesirable” organisation for taking part in the Meduza podcast.
