The Tagansky District Court of Moscow fined TV Center 1 million rubles (108,44 EUR) under Part 2 of Article 6.21.2 of the Russian Administrative Offences Code for distributing information to minors that depicts non-traditional sexual relationships or could cause them to want to change their gender. The reason for the fine was material shown on the channel without appropriate age labelling.
