Former GTRK Karelia journalist Andrey Agapov has been added to Rosfinmonitoring’s list of “terrorists and extremists.” Agapov moved to Finland around 15 years ago. In 2022, he began assisting Ukrainian refugees, collecting aid for the Ukrainian military, and maintaining a list of Karelian residents killed in the war using open-source information. In 2023, Russian authorities were notified about his posts on Vkontakte.
