In one of her articles, Gorginyan noted that the judge in the case had previously been a member of the ruling "Civil Contract" party, highlighting this detail in the headline. During the next hearing, Judge Petrosyan questioned the journalist, asking whether someone helped her write her headlines—a remark implying a connection between "Yerevan.Today" and Robert Kocharyan’s circle. Gorginyan responded by asking whether the judge, in turn, received prompts before delivering verdicts. Following this exchange, the judge ordered Anna Gorginyan to leave the courtroom.
