The Meshchansky District Court of Moscow sentenced historian and author of the Telegram channel “Arkhitekturnye Izlishestva" (Architectural Excesses) Pavel Gnilorybov to 15 days of administrative arrest under the article on disobeying a lawful order of a police officer (part 1 of Article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offences). According to preliminary information, he passed through a police cordon in central Moscow on the day of a military parade rehearsal.
