Telegram channel "VChK-OGPU" disappeared from Telegram on the night of April 7. The channel had over a million subscribers. Earlier, Roskomnadzor demanded that the channel be removed. Telegram's administration claims that the channel was deleted by its owner. The administrators of "VChK-OGPU" deny this in a backup Telegram channel. They insist that the channel was blocked by Telegram's administration at the insistence of the Russian authorities.
