On April 17, citizen Ashot Kyureghyan filed a lawsuit in the Yerevan Court of General Jurisdiction against the editorial offices of the Second Armenian TV Channel and the news website "Blognews.am," demanding compensation for damage caused to his honor, dignity, and business reputation. The lawsuit was prompted by information published on March 18 in the mentioned media outlets, according to which Ashot Kyureghyan is accused of organizing the murder of a criminal authority figure.The case is currently under review.
