The Russian Ministry of Justice has added Abkhaz journalist and political analyst Inal Khashig to its register of “foreign agents.” According to the ministry, Khashig “disseminated inaccurate information about decisions made by public authorities of the Russian Federation and their policies, as well as about the electoral system,” and “interacted with foreign political figures.”
