The Meshchansky District Court of Moscow arrested blogger Ilya Varlamov's accounts. The reason for the arrest is unknown. Varlamov noted that he “has had no money in Russian accounts for a long time.” In November 2024, a criminal case was opened against him for failing to fulfil his obligations as a “foreign agent.” The Ministry of Justice assigned him this status in the spring of 2023.
