Additional information:

A television crew working for Zhitomir.info was in Teteriv in order to cover the problems with a lack of appropriate air-raid shelters in the local kindergarten and school. However, parents were concerned for the safety of their children and objected to filming taking place in the shelter. Law enforcement were called to the scene, who confirmed that the crew had the right to film, but asked them to resolve the situation with parents themselves. Subsequently, the journalists carried on filming but they didn't manage to access the shelter.
