Journalist of Publika, Mindia Gabadze, was affected by a substance used in the water of a water canon, during the dispersal of an anti-government protest outside the Georgian parliament. The riot police used pepper spray, tear gas and water canon, which was not using a pure water according to the protesters and media. Gabadze required help from the ambulance.
