A Minsk city began examining the criminal case against former camerman for state TV channel ONT, Anton Kozelskiy. He is charged with part 3 of article 361 of the criminal code (calling for sanctions and other actions which harm national security), and part 1 of article 130 (inciting anti-social behaviour or discord). The judge examining the case is Svetlana Makarevich. Subsequently, Kozelskiy was detained on the 12th of October 2023 at the offices of ONT on Kommunist street in Minsk. He was sentenced to three years in prison.
