Telegram Channel 'BesLive' (t.me/BesLive), run by blogger and journalist Serge Bespalov, has been designated as extremist media by a Baranavichy court. The decision was handed down by judge Svetlana Snezhko, after the case was referred to court by the Baranavichy inter-regional prosecutor. Based on the court's decision, the channel was also added to the 'Republican list of extremist materials' by the Belarusian Ministry of Information. According to Belarusian law-enforcement, possession and distribution of such materials implies administrative responsibility both for publishers and users.
