Belarusian journalist and music critic Aleksandr Chernukho's instagram page has been designated as extremist material by a Baranavichy court. Judge Olga Apanovich declared the Chernukho's page (username: chernuho) to be dangerous. The Baranavichy inter-regional prosecutor was the first speaker at the hearing. The Belarusian Ministry of Information then added the page to its 'Republic-wide list of extremist materials', based on the court's decision. According to Belarusian law enforcement, possession and distribution of such materials implies administrative responsibility for both publishers and users.
