Ratel.kz received a pre-trial claim after the publication of Oleg Chervinsky’s article "How Atyrau Oil Refinery made repairs by photos" (Ratel.kz, 08.04.2024). The publication, based on the findings of KazMunaiGas’ internal audit service, describes the peculiarities of repairs and maintenance of equipment. A letter requesting the publication of a retraction was received from Munai Real Express. The editorial board published the company’s point of view with its remarks.
