Journalist Alexey Seregin was detained in Yoshkar-Ola as a result of a police provocation. He was approached on the street by a man who called himself a volunteer of the «special military operation» and made claims about his publications. After that, both of them were stopped by the police. Seregin was taken for psychiatric examination, but the doctors found no grounds for his compulsory hospitalisation.
