A criminal case was opened against journalist Tatyana Felgengauer under the article on violation of the law on «foreign agents» (Article 330.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). In 2023, Felgengauer was fined under the article on the absence of foreign agent marking in social networks, and in 2024 — for failure to submit a «foreign agent» report (Part 2 of Article 19.34 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation).
