In Dushanbe, an 18-year-old blogger was arrested for 10 days for her social media postings. According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Kurbonova was allegedly distributing videos of a sexual nature, using offensive language, in order to increase the number of her followers on social networks such as Instagram, TikTok and the Imo group. The Ministry of Internal Affairs notes that "these publications are completely alien to the customs of the Tajik people". It should be noted that the information of the law enforcement agency does not specify which articles of the Administrative Code the girl violated, and whether there was a trial at all.
