On July 29, the Shayxontoxur Inter-District Civil Court of Tashkent ordered Radio Ozodlik to publish a refutation of an investigation about the gas sales company Ultimo Group Limited and its founder and to pay UZS 100 million as compensation for moral damage. The lawsuit against Radio Ozodlik and its journalist Lazizkhon Olimov (acting under the pseudonym Aziz Nur) was filed by Ultimo Group Limited and separately by its founder Tukhfatkhuja Anvarhujaev. The case was prompted by Radio Ozodlik's reports in April.
