The Federal Antimonopoly Service fined the newspaper Vremya RUB 150,000 and its editor-in-chief RUB 6,000 under Part 1 of Article 14.3 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation for not marking two articles about the city’s shops as «advertising». The Arbitration Court of the Sverdlovsk Region reduced the fine to RUB 50,000.
