BashRTS filed a lawsuit against Zarubin for the material published in early February, criticising the quality of restoration of the city heating networks. The lawsuit for protection of business reputation demanded that the material be deleted and a refutation be published. On July 7, 2022, Zarubin announced that the company had lost the lawsuit. On July 4, 2022, as part of the final court session, the company’s claims were completely dismissed.
