The Leninsky District Court of Magnitogorsk fined the photo correspondent of Verstov.Info Ilya Moskovets RUB 20,000 under the article about the organisation of «illegal public event» (Part 2 of Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation). On December 2, the court stopped proceedings on the second administrative case under the same article. On November 22, two reports were drawn up on Moskovets for organising rallies of workers from China, who want to return to their homeland. He was also accused of handing out leaflets with the inscription in Russian «I want to return to China» to the participants of the rally.
