The editor-in-chief of Golos Igor Khoroshilov was arrested for 10 days by the Proletarsky District Court of Rostov-on-Don. When he was leaving the special detention centre on September 20, the officers of the Centre for Combating Extremism again took the journalist to the police department and later to the court. The court repeated the punishment — under the same article — distribution of extremist materials (Article 20.3 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation).
