The Perovo District Court of Moscow has granted the investigation’s request for the arrest in absentia of activist and journalist Zalina Marshenkulova in a criminal case on justification of terrorism (Part 2 of Article 205.2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). The reason for the prosecution were the posts about the bombing of Z-blogger Vladlen Tatarsky. On April 11, it became known that investigators conducted a search in Marshenkulova’s case. It is unknown at what address the investigative actions took place, but later, the Perovo District Court of Moscow registered a petition asking to recognise the search as lawful.
