On February 20, at the Yerablur military pantheon in Yerevan, former Nagorno-Karabakh President Samvel Shahramanyan and his guards displayed an insulting attitude towards the correspondent of the news website 24News Mary Manukyan and cameraman Asatur Aslanyan. The staff of the website was shooting video on the occasion of the 36th anniversary of the Karabakh movement and interviewing visitors. When one of the guards saw the film crew approaching, he insulted the journalist and the cameraman with foul language and pushed the latter away from him.
