The Belarusian authorities blocked access to the Lithuanian news portal Delfi.lt. When trying to open the website, the inscription «Access to the information resource is restricted on the basis of the decision of the Ministry of Information of the Republic of Belarus, adopted in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Belarus „On Mass Media“» appears.
