The Pskov City Court received a new report on journalist and writer Mikhail Zygar under the article on «discrediting» the army (Part 1 of Article 20.3.3.3 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation). The reason for the administrative case is unknown. At the end of March, the same court refused to consider a similar report drawn up on Zygar. In April, the journalist was put on a wanted list in a criminal case on «military fakes» for his post about Bucha.
