Historian and publicist, former Soviet dissident Alexander Skobov was detained in his friend’s flat in a case of «justification of terrorism» (Article 205.2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). The case was opened for Skobov’s publications in social networks, including a post about the need to attack the Crimean Bridge. Earlier, Skobov was declared a «foreign agent».
