The Tverskoy District Court fined Aramyan RUB 20,000 under Part 2 of Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation (organisation of an unauthorised action) for the fact that on September 20 he published a link to a video broadcast of the rally on Pushkin Square on Twitter. Aramyan was detained on September 29 and left in police custody for a night. Together with three colleagues from DOXA, he is on trial in a criminal case of involving minors in protests. All four of them have been given a measure of restraint in the form of a ban on certain actions.
